Since 2005 the Polish MTM Association has organised annual conferences, dealing with a wide range of topics in MTM applications in business process planning and management. The conferences are usually held in May and they make a forum for networking and exchange of experiences with peer experts. The team of the Polish MTM Association and MTM Polska Sp. z o.o. would be happy to see you attend!
2005 - 1st National MTM Conference of the Polish MTM Associatio, 10-11 May.
The first MTM conference focused on MTM applications in planning and management as well as for the evaluation and optimization of work systems and processes as used in business. This covered an array of topics on the practical applications of Industrial Engineering. The presenters at the 2005 MTM Conference were both renowned researchers and practitioners, including:
Peter Salwiczek PhD (Polish MTM Association), Dr. Uwe Horlacher (Whirlpool Polar), Dr. Hans Fischer, Prof. Edward Chlebus (Wrocław University of Technology), Ing. Andreas Klinge (Volkswagen Motor Polska), Francesco Simonelli (Whirlpool Polar).
2006 - 2nd National MTM Conference of the Polish MTM Association, 17 May.
The second MTM Conference dealt with MTM applications along the value chain in businesses across various sectors. While Lean Management finds more and more recognition, the critical indicators of success, like cost reduction, speed, process transparency and productivity increased at minimum cost, also gain in significance. As businesses become more and more engaged in comprehensive planning and management, as well as valuation and optimization of work systems and processes, they heed a precise and informed selection of the Industrial Engineering methods and tools.
A large number MTM methods may provide a valuable input here: MTM is now the most popular in the world predetermined motion time system and as such provides each subsidiary of a global corporation a unified process language as well as planning and performance standards.
The host of presenters included Prof. Dr. Bernd Wilhelm (Sitech Sitztechnik), Dip. Ing. Knuth Jasker (Deutsche MTM- Gesselschaft), Radosław Drzewiecki (GE Power Controls), Roman Pietrzyk (AUTO FORUM CLUB).
2007 - 3rd National MTM Conference of the Polish MTM Association, 23 May.
The third MTM Conference dealt with process standardization by means of the MTM method in businesses across various sectors.

Reinhard Jost (Deutsche MTM-Vereinigung e.V.), Prof. Romuald Wołk (Warsaw University of Technology), Günter Reese (Senior Industrial Engineering), Marek Embinger (FIAT Automotive Poland), Klaudia Kobyłecka (KAIZEN Institute), Tomasz Mróz (Müller - Die lila Logistik Polska Sp. z o.o.), Mariusz Zychowicz (Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa SA).
