MTM Courses

The MTM Association promotes work organisation and time management, and in particular popularizes the predetermined motion time systems. During the courses, and in compliance with our best practices, our MTM trainers share with you not only their theoretical knowledge, but also their hands-on experience, gained while implementing projects in various companies across a spectrum of industries and services. Our activity consists in conducting courses and seminars, exchange of experiences, analysis and evaluation of business units and consulting services in the planning and design of complex work systems across all sectors of economy.
One of the Association’s goals is to further corporate MTM competency, as this is the only way for the companies to realize their own training potential. That is why the primary objective of the MTM Association is facilitation of qualification enhancement.


The MTM Association offers various training and education options: information seminars, lecture courses, specialized seminars and programmed instruction, as well as certification for individual MTM systems. Every course or seminar may be conducted, by request, either as a public or an in-company one.
We enjoy the membership of the International MTM Directorate (IMD) which ensures a global uniform standard of MTM process language and guarantees the top quality of all management processes. We are a proven partner for developing specialist MTM skills as well as for a comprehensive development of business management skills.
